• Usually located at the final stage of the bagel production line, the machine also collects the products in a rotating tray.

• The porous structure on the collection tray allows excess liquid to drain from the product and collect in the chamber below. This prevents the granules from sticking together and collects excess liquid in the chamber for reuse.
